Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Giltedge(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Giltedge. You may hold one account per person. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Giltedgegenerates interview-preparation materials (“PrepKits”) and related practice tools using artificial intelligence and live web research. A PrepKit is built from the role, company, and any resume or notes you provide.

Generated content is provided to support your own preparation. It may contain errors or out-of-date information, and is labelled to distinguish sourced facts from inferred suggestions. You are responsible for verifying anything before you rely on it. Giltedge does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or other result, and the Service is not legal, financial, or professional career advice.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You can sign in with a supported provider (such as Google) or with an email and password. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

• New accounts receive one free PrepKit credit. One credit generates one PrepKit.
• Additional credits and subscriptions are purchased and billed through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Promotional codes may carry their own conditions.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change, and we will give notice of any change affecting an active subscription before it takes effect.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• create multiple or automated accounts, or otherwise abuse free credits or promotions;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or large volumes of generated content; or
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide, such as your resume and notes. You grant Giltedge the limited right to process those inputs to operate the Service and generate your PrepKits.

As between you and us, you may use the PrepKits we generate for your own interview preparation. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service relies on third parties to function, including hosting, authentication, AI, research, email, and payment providers. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giltedge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
